7. Client Content

Clients are responsible for providing correct text, images, logos, brand details, product data, business information, and other content required for the project.

After full payment, the client may receive ownership of final approved project files, unless third-party licenses, templates, plugins, fonts, or stock assets have separate terms.

9. Third-Party Tools

Some projects may use third-party services such as hosting, domains, payment gateways, APIs, plugins, analytics tools, or external software. Softvora is not responsible for changes, downtime, pricing, or policies of third-party providers.

10. Support and Maintenance

Support will be provided according to the selected package or agreement. Additional updates, major changes, new features, or long-term maintenance may require a separate support plan.

11. Website Security

Softvora follows reasonable security practices during development. However, clients must keep hosting, passwords, plugins, accounts, and admin access secure after project handover.

12. Limitation of Liability

Softvora is not liable for indirect loss, business interruption, data loss, third-party service failure, hosting issues, or damages caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, or external attacks.
